Insurance Verification
Our team contacts your insurance provider to check your ABA therapy coverage, benefits, and any authorizations required. Then we’ll walk you through it all in plain language.

Step 3
Initial Consultation with a BCBA
Next, you’ll meet with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. We’ll complete an initial assessment and begin building a therapy plan tailored to your child’s goals and strengths.

Step 4
Begin ABA Services
Once we receive insurance approval, your child will be matched with a care team and start sessions at the schedule that works for your family.

01How long does the enrollment process take?
The full enrollment process typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on how quickly we receive your documents and insurance authorization. Our team will keep you updated every step of the way and work to get your child started as soon as possible.
02What documents do I need to provide?
To begin services, you’ll need to submit:
A copy of your child’s diagnostic report (such as an autism diagnosis)
A valid insurance card (front and back)
Parent/guardian ID
Any referral or prescription (if required by your insurance)
We’ll send you a checklist to make it easy.
03Can my child start services while we wait for insurance approval?
In most cases, we need authorization from your insurance provider before beginning therapy. However, we’ll start with the initial assessment and paperwork right away, so we’re ready to begin sessions as soon as approval is in place.
04Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes, we do accept Medicaid in select states. Our team will review your Medicaid plan to confirm coverage for ABA therapy and explain any next steps required.
